Points of Management from Ghosn Viewpoint

Carlos Ghosn, intenationally acclaimed Nissan-Renault CEO, while being interviewed by CNN on the management pointed out to some critical aspects of management. He mentioned the capacity to make connections as the key to successful management and either overestimating or underestimating people as the major challenge to modern managers. I think these basic requirements for managers could also be considered as rules for successful communications within a community.
